Default Test Tones

Has anyone ever use a test tone to set this amplified bazooka? If so which did you use 40,60,80 hertz at (+-)(5,0,10 or 15db)

And if you did, what was the outcome or is it still better to do it by ear as per bazooka manual (to blend the bass to music)

thanks

If you know how and what you are doing, of course you can use a test tone. Any tone between 40-60 hertz will be fine, ideally, using them both. The test tone stays flat, no eq or bass boost.

It is recommended to "listen to your ears," as many individuals have no desire to get that in depth with gain settings. Besides, listening in the real world environment, the individuals car and its characteristics, the user decides what sounds good to them. Musical taste is unique to the user and as a result, their preference is the deciding factor on how to set the Tube and set it to their liking.
