how to change the tunnig?

Hi, I want to know if there's a way to change the tunnig frecuency of a 10" bass tube? I think the tube is tune at 39 Hz, right? I want to drop the tunnig down to at least 32hz.

No, there is no way to change the tuning of the Tube.
