Default T-16 dual tube and the MGA4150

I have an old school T-16 dual tube (took a long time to find this old friend) and an MGA4150 amp. The T-16 is rated at 100 watts RMS per driver. If I bridge 2 channels of the MGA4150 at 8 ohms mono, will I be sending the tube the required 200 watts RMS?

Yes, bridging the MGA4150 for a 8 ohm load will bring the power output down to 100 watts.

You can also upgrade the drivers to the DVC version if you ever decide to run the MGA at a 4 ohm mono load.

Thanks for the reply. The amp puts out good power at the 8 ohm mono load but, you've got my attention on the DVC route. I would really like the option of running the bridged part of my amp into a 4 ohm load for the extra power output. Excellent idea!
