My phat tuesday dvc 12inch fell apart

I pulled my box apart because the amp would not stop clicking in & out and I discoverd the plastic basket a metal heatsink had broke off and was laying against the basket & connector. Why do the put a metal plate against the magnet is, WOW. why? I need some somebody to contact me for replacement, thanks

I have all my paperwork from Crutchfield saying I'm under Warranty still.

You will need to contact Customer Service on Monday at 1-800-THE-TUBE. They will issue you a Return Authorization Number and get the process started.

As for your questions regarding the design of the subwoofer, the what and the why, that is a lengthy conversation, especially if you are not familiar with driver design, i.e., motor assembly. Give Tech. a call at 1-800-THE-TUBE ext. 226 to talk shop.

Thanks, Heavy Duty, I sure hope the same series is still in the line up, cause it was lethal, it would make your eyes vibrate, in a L-port box. Still this sucks and such a p.i.t.a.!

I can now tell the difference in a powerful sub and a low watt sub (rockford P1) my temporary loaner.

Well it seems that the speaker is testing out fine. I am looking in to the sub channel might be failing. I'll be back.

after testing and checking the sub was bad. Crutchfield was very cool about letting me return it. I would buy another I you made them that is.
