Unhappy MC-HON-AK4 popping on a 2001 GL1800

So I have tried to get the pooping out of this amp for 6 months. I have re-wired it direct to the battery, tried conductivity paste etc. to make sure the connections are tight nothing helps.

In the morning it does good, in the afternoon when it warms up just a little (60-70's), it will start pooping with a little bass.

Any ideas on how I can fix this or what might be wrong?

Thanks!

Wayne

Welcome to the Bazooka Forum Wayne. Where do you have your crossover filter set (an approximation is fine)? Raise your crossover point to see if this helps. You will want to also check your gain settings as well. Please post back with anymore questions you may have.
