Default Wiring Harness

I have the 10100 Bazooka tube and I notice the Wiring Harness doesn't have a black(ground)wire. Is this normal and if so where do I ground the tube.

JRE56, no, this is not normal. The black ground wire should be above the red power wire in the harness. Can you take a picture of the harness you do have and post it on the Forum?

You are going to need a new harness. Look at the connector and see if the pin for the ground wire is still there. If so, there may be a small part of the ground wire left inside the heat shrink.

Ok, I was able to pull the heat shrink down and the ground pin was still intact but no wire so I had a black wire(gauge same as red wire) and was able to get a pretty good connection with the pin. I ran a continuity check from the pin to the wire and buzz there's a connection.I'll hook it up this evening to make sure everything is ok. Thanks!!

Hook it up last night in my basement using my Zen W player as a sound source and it worked although the bass was crappy due to the low volts coming from my player but that was expected. Thanks again!!
