I would contact Crutchfield first to see if your amplifier purchase was within their return period. If it is, they will handle everything for you. If not, based on the serial number you provided, the amplifier is still under the warranty period. All you have to do is contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 843-8823 and they will issue you a return authorization number to return the amp to us for replacement. You will need your serial number and copy of your purchase receipt. If you have any problems, just let me know.
