off hand, haven't herd of anyone doing that but why not.
first off you can get a replacment amp for the tube, depending on model

but if you unscrew the back amp, it will come out with some insulation. you will see the 4 wires going up to the sub (belive all bazzoka tubes are dual cone, please correct me if i'm wrong)
you could then do a little creative solderng and just solder those to a point on the board that goes back out, say the high level in lines, or if your really good, get the amp out of there and make a pannel for that back with the speaker inputs.
