Default 100W Amp/tube staying on

Hello, I have a Bazooka Amp/sub and It wont shut off. I had it installed by best buy and then rechecked. There's a line that o supposed to signal when the amp/sub is to power on and off and that's not happending. It's staying on, even when car is off.

The remote turn-on wire needs to be relocated to a switched +12v source. If Best Buy did the install, then Best Buy will and should fix this at no cost. If there is no switched +12v source, for some odd reason, you can always have a rocker switch wired installed.
