Help 0003 Defective Tube, No Support From Sonic Electronix

In June 2013 I bought two MT8002B. One immediately had a problem and Sonic said it was on back order. I chose to wait until it was in before returning so I wouldn't have one speaker on my boat tower. Now they are discontinued and Sonic won't stand behind it. Where can I send the speaker in for repair? I'm willing to pay which isn't right but I love the look of these speakers and I've been a bazooka guy since I was a kid in high school.

Please contact Customer Service at (800) 843-8823, or email customerservice@bazooka.com. You will need to provide a serial number for your unit, as well as a copy of your purchase receipt. A Customer Service representative will issue a return authorization for you to return your speakers for repair. If they are outside of the one year warranty, you can purchase replacement speakers and not have to send yours in. The model number you supplied has been discontinued since 2007, so I believe you may have a different model. Customer Service should be able to determine your correct model.
