I am wanting to install the BTA6100 under my backseats in my 2012 Toyota Rav4, is this an okay spot to put this sub?

Also does the FAST wiring work with my 2012 Rav4 base stock radio?

The FAST-9999 is a universal harness that will work with all factory systems.

Thank you, I read through the proper placement but I am still confused when I read this

"However if your selected placement is not exactly within these parameters, it is not critical."


What I am trying to do is NOT have this tube in my rear cargo area for theft reasons also I dont want to lose any real estate back there.

I notice there is plenty of room under my back seats and it allows the tube to be hidden.

Will it work in that location? thanks again for any help

Yes, just be sure that you have the woofer end of the Tube firing towards the side of the vehicle. Position the Tube as close as possible to the side of the vehicle and although the seat will be the limiting factor on Tube placement, you will still have great bass response.

If I use the FAST-1761 - FAST interface for Toyota - Geo 1987 - Up do I still need to run the power line to my battery or is the power line built into the FAST-1761 harness?

I see a red power line in the FAST-1761 picture.

No, when using the FAST-Harness System, and this includes any component of the FAST System, the power connections are made at the factory harness.
