Is that with the Tube connected? If so, disconnect the Tube or unplug the FAST-9999 from the FAST-BTAH and see if the problem still exists.

yep its with the tube connected....but when i started my jeep it only did it one time for abt 5 seconds and that was it. the other times it did it when i just used accessory.....

Where do you have the red and blue/white wire of the FAST-9999 connected on your headunit? Are you using High Level (speaker) or Low Level (RCA) Inputs for the signal?

red wire connected to red power wire of head unit and blue /white wire connected to blue turn on lead of head unit. using high level input...

Is that the constant +12v of the headunit? If not, switch the red wire of the FAST-9999 to the constant +12v wire of the headunit. Most aftermarket headunits use a yellow wire for this connection, make sure you correctly identify this before you make the switch.

Where do you have the ground wire of the Tube located?

the tube is located in the back of my jeep....the ground wire is located in the back also. its attached on a screw holding the door latch...

If you are still having problems after you follow the other steps, you are going to want to relocate the ground.
