When wiring a bazooka bta6100 I see that you can use the FAST wiring system. Will using these wires and having the sub powered by the head unit instead of using a standard amp wiring kit with power from the battery decrease the sound quality/power of the sub?

No, because the Tube is not being powered by the headunit. There is absolutely no difference in performance, the FAST System allows for power (and signal connections) at the headunit instead of at the battery simplifying installation. Either way, you are using the vehicles electrical system to power the onboard amplifier of the Tube.
