Harley MC-HD-AMK Amp (NEED HELP)

Did a lot of research before I bought this amp.In Jan 2009 your site states that this amp was not compatible with 1997 ultra with CB.
So I bought it in Feb of 2009 from a biker web site.Try to install this weekend in a 1999 ultra.Your right it does not fit in a 1999 ultra with CB.I see that you have now updated your web site.I try to contact seller he will not reply.
I cut off plugs so I can hard wire it in.I get the front speakers working but not the back.I take out the back speaker to direct wire and bypass controls.And poof there goes the $400.00 dollar amp.When I bypass the amp all speakers work.I am at a total loss.I try calling 1800 the tube and it has been disconnected.
PLEASE GIVE ME SOME DIRECTION here in Canada
