High Level v/s Low Level Inputs
I have a 95' Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel standard cab truck. I just put in an Eclipse 5442 CD and some MB Quart Reference series speakers. I bought the Bazooka RS10A-HP yesterday. I was looking on-line at the Bazooka installation page where it talks about RSA Input Signal Connection. It talks about High Level and Low Level Inputs. I know the Eclipse has "Non-Fading RCA Pre-Out Terminals for Subwoofer". I'm assuming that's what I should use but Bazooka says they recommend using High Level inputs over low. I guess my question is; Is a "Non-Fading RCA Pre-Out Terminal for Subwoofer" a high or low level input? And what difference do they really make?
I assume if I use the RCA jacks all the HIgh Level lines are not needed? I just seems odd being there are 6 high level lines...?
Any input is appreciated! Sorry for the ingroance? Oh yeah.. One last question... Will the RS10A-HP be too much for my truck?
