Default FAST-6502 Hookup Questions

I've just ordered a BTA6100 and the FAST wiring necessary to add it to my 2007 Dodge Gr Caravan CV. Since the 'CV only has front speakers, I was wondering if the FAST6502 is wired to the front or rear speaker outs? It would actually be nice if it was the rear, because I could use the radio's fader controls to balance the main and sub outputs. (Nothing wrong with your remote volume control, but I'm kind of running out of places to put things on the dash!)

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,
-BW

Great question! The FAST Harness' are usually designed using the front speakers for the signal source, as if the fader is ever used, it is most likely used to fade to front, which in turn lowers the output of the speakers and the Tube as well if attached to the rear speakers.

However, you can switch to the FAST-9999 and connect to the rear speakers for your signal source and use your fader as a volume control for the Tube, leaving you some room on your dash.
