Default no straps - how to mount

I don't have the straps that came with my BTA100FHC. My Subaru Wagon hatchback has a hard plastic cargo mat over the carpet. What would be the recommended way to hold the tube in place so it won't roll around back there?

Currently I have bungee cords stretched from the hook on one side of the hatch to the hook on the other side. Surely there must be a better way. Any suggestions on what I can do and where I can pick up the parts would be appreciated.

Purchase a pair of straps. http://www.bazooka.com/products/mobi...for-Tubes-P233

You can fasten the bases to your cargo mat. The last thing you want is for the Tube to become a 14lb. projectile.

I am in Canada - any chance that a retailer would have the straps available? Ordering across the border is always such a hastle it seems.
