I am sorry you have experienced a problem with your unit. Please call (800) 843-8823 and speak to customer service. We will need to issue you a return authorization number to have your unit returned. If your purchase was within the last 30 days, we can issue a call tag for the pick up of your unit and have a new unit sent out to you. You can keep the harness so that all you have to return is the tube itself. This way, when your new unit comes in, all you have to do is plug it in. Please have the serial number of your unit, and if you purchased direct from us, your order ID when you call and we will get you taken care of.
