I really only want 80hz and below to be directed to the tube. And with the head unit I can specify the crossover point. I'm afraid that the FAST connection will interfere. Please answer my questions.

With regards to the High or Low Level connections, it is an EITHER/OR connection, but NOT both. To clarify, make the power connections with the FAST Harness and plug the RCA's in, OR make all of the connections with the FAST Harness, both power and signal and leave the RCA's unplugged.
As for the frequency range of the Tube, the BTAXX100 has a fixed crossover and subsonic filter (85Hz and 35Hz).
