No, nothing is missing. The FAST-BTAH was revised to include RCA cables, you just happen to have one of the early BTAH.

If you bought the Tube new, give Customer Service a call on Monday (1-800-THE-TUBE) to inquire about having the BTAH replaced with a newer version. If you bought the unit used, all you need to do is replace the old BTAH with a newer version.
