I checked the remote turn on wire and it was a good connection as well as the RCA's. I know i really can't do much until i get a voltmeter to check it all, but why would this all the sudden not turn on? IS there anyway to reset the amp or am I just not getting power. I know i need to test for voltage, but any ideas?

Welcome to the Bazooka Forum. A DMM (digital multi-meter) is always going to help with troubleshooting. As for your Tube, check all of the fuses (since you don't have a DMM, replace them both with new ones). If the Tube still doesn't turn on, check your ground connection by moving it to another location.
