You can contact our customer service department at (800) 843-8823 and get a return authorization number to return your amp to us. I'm not sure of the circumstances surrounding your purchase for $35, but if you have a valid receipt showing you purchased new merchandise within the last year, we can get your unit covered under warranty for you. However, if your receipt shows that you purchased open box or display merchandise, or even possibly returned merchandise, the repair charge to get your amp fixed is $59.95.
