I got your PM, and PM'd you back the Customer Service contact information you need to get your issue resolved. Additionally, I create this new Customer Service Forum for similar questions in the future, and moved your thread to it. CJ, and the other Customer Service staff will begin monitoring this forum to insure you and the other members can get the answers to the questions you need...as long as they are not technical!!!
Technical questions should be posted in their respective product related Technical Forums.
