Finally got a refund from them after hundreds of e-mail and calls. A rep from Bazooka called them and they refunded me the same day. Seems like they wanna get in good touch with Bazooka and wanna...

Still nothing happened. I'm really disappointed that we sometimes have to buy Bazooka products from other sites instead of Bazooka.com

Anyone out here that had an experience like this??

If you have the BATH cables, there's RCA cables on it. Just plug it in your headunit. That's what I've done with my Pionneer headunit and it works fine.:)47

I took off the back panel (where there's the amplifier) and realized that 1 bolt that holds the amplifier in place was loose. So, I tighten it up, put the back panel...

I'm unsing the BTAH with the RCA output. This is what Bazooka told me to use. That's weird:confused:
Why are the offering the RCA connection if it does not work then?

The first couple of days the tube worked, no rattle was heard.

I only have low level outputs on my headunit. High outpout means that I'll have to switch from a RCA connection to the F.A.S.T Harness.

By the way, the rattle comes from the back of the tube. Like if the amplifier was loose.

That's what I tought too. The tube is plugged on the RCA outpout of my headunit (2 volts I think).
So you think I need to replace it?
