Please help when I hook power up ANd ground led light blinks and that's it not sure which wire is remote

The remote wire needs to be connected to a switched +12v source.

The blue/white wire as indicated by the installation sheet of the FAST-9999.

I do not have any information on your specific vehicle. But on a BMW most of the time it is a purple and white or a solid purple wire. Always check it with a volt meter before attaching the remote turn on.
