Replacement part ?

I purchased a BTA10250d thru an Ebay vendor. I received it damaged. Sadly, this is the second tube I have received damaged. The amplifier mounting plate is broken on this one. I'm trying to weigh my options here as the company may want me to pay shipping to return the item. If this part is available, I may be better off just buying it and replacing it myself. To ship it back was going to run me $20.

The second vendor is V&M Innovations. The first one was BuyDig.

And yes they emailed me today stating that it's in their policy that returns have to be paid by the consumer. I thought it was only if I wanted to return for a refund or something else. I don't think I should have to pay shipping for damaged goods. The BuyDig paid for the return shipping. I won't be using V&M again that's for sure. Eh it's already in the mail so....
