Tubbie broke!

I took my 6" tubbie down off my tower today and when I pushed down on the wire release the negative terminal just snapped off. Is this repairable?

I actually just took the tube apart and is is a pretty simple fix I just need to know where to get a replacement terminal. Do they sell them anywhere?
