HD motorcyle amp install question

I just recieved the hd-amk amp w/harness as a gift and don't know if it is compatible with a 2011 flhx. It only has 2 speakers and the amp is for 4 :( the stock radio has only the smaller plug hooked up, the larger one is empty???? Any help here would be great. i already have the batwing off:mad:
