Back of my Mardi Gras phat tuesday 12 fell off
 

Hello last weekend I experienced my sub had glue failure and the end result is a burnt voice coil, cause it is making my amp go into protection.
It is still under warranty and I have all my paperwork from Crutchfield saying I'm still under warranty. So how does this woofer replacementwarranty work?

Since there is not a replacement woofer what are we going to replace it with?

The Mardi Gras line has been discontinued through Bazooka. Crutchfield purchased all remaining inventory. If Crutchfield also no longer has these in stock, they should be able to provide you with a comparable woofer of another brand.

This is horroiable. So there is nothing that Bazooka can or will do to warranty the subwoofer.
Calling Crutchfield now.

Thanks for not being able to do anything when I called in and being rude, the CS agent was not very helpful and I could tell she was having a bad day thru the phone when I called.

Customer Service was unable to assist you as we no longer carry product in the woofer category. Crutchfield purchased all remaining inventory. As stated earlier, you will need to contact them for assistance, as they may be able to assist with a comparable woofer from a different line.
