MPA 1000W Warranty?

My Pa quit working so I had to bypass it What's the warranty procedure?

Warranty coverage is 1 year from date of purchase. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 843-8823. A customer service representative will issue a return authorization for you to return your defective Microphone. You will need to provide a copy of your purchase receipt inside the box when you return your unit.
