Turn around time.
 
What's the usual turn around time with warranty?

My sub came broken and I returned it under warranty, but I am hoping to get my chance to use it soon. I sent it out a while ago it arrived at Bazooka on the 25th. Any chance I am getting it soon?

In order to determine whether your RA has been processed, you will need to provide the RA number or your name. You can contact us direct at (800) 843-8823 and anyone in customer service would be happy to assist you with the status of your return.

The number I gave is our 800 number. (800) 843-8823. If you get an automated attendant, dial 100 for the operator.
