blown possibly
 
i bought a bazooka BA1300 from circuit city online for about $35 in about february or march, and recently it stopped working. i hooked up my sub to a friends amp and it works fine, so it's obviously the amp. when i turn the amp on, the blue bazooka logo is red in the middle now, and the power light is yellow. i was wondering if there was some warranty on it or something, if i could possibly get a new one.

You can contact our customer service department at (800) 843-8823 and get a return authorization number to return your amp to us. I'm not sure of the circumstances surrounding your purchase for $35, but if you have a valid receipt showing you purchased new merchandise within the last year, we can get your unit covered under warranty for you. However, if your receipt shows that you purchased open box or display merchandise, or even possibly returned merchandise, the repair charge to get your amp fixed is $59.95. Please have your serial number on hand when you contact us. If you have any other questions do not hesitate to contact us.

i know it wasnt open box or display. it was on sale.
i'm not sure if i still have the receipt though.

If you have your serial number, we can let you know whether it is within the warranty period. If it shows outside of the warranty period, you will need a copy of the receipt in order to get it covered.
