Warranty
 
I purchased a pair of bazooka RS400 speakers on ebay through an authorized dealer. When I received the speakers one of them was broken. So I called bazooka and they gave me a RA number to return them to be exchanged. I was just curious if bazooka would send me the ELC4002P speakers to me instead of the RS400 which I sent back? The RS400 will not fit in my car door's because of the depth. I wanted to run that by the forum before I attempted anything. It sounds unlikley in my opinion, but I know bazooka cares about their customers and there satisfaction. The ELC4002P cost less than the RS400, So maybe they will save money.

I got your PM, and PM'd you back the Customer Service contact information you need to get your issue resolved. Additionally, I create this new Customer Service Forum for similar questions in the future, and moved your thread to it. CJ, and the other Customer Service staff will begin monitoring this forum to insure you and the other members can get the answers to the questions you need...as long as they are not technical!!! :lol-049: Technical questions should be posted in their respective product related Technical Forums.

I am sure CJ and the gals will get you taken care of. Thank you for your use of our products.
