New PM button

If you haven't noticed, we added a new "SendPM" button at the bottom of the Post window. Just wanted to make it a little easier to do Private Messages without having to remember which menu that feature was under. :thinking-022:

It will not show up on your own posts as it doesn't make alot of since to send yourself a Private Message.

I am hoping Sitedude will get the Diggs & Dis buttons working soon as well.
